Experienced Nanny,

I am an experienced nanny in the Los Angeles area. I have worked for several families over the last five years, most recently for a family with three girls (a set of twins and one baby) for the last two years in the West Hollywood area. I have a background in front-line healthcare and have a lot of experience in first aide. I love children, engaging with them, taking them to the library and the park and spending time in the fresh air, having fun. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my siblings, and incredible nieces and nephews in the area. I am a native Spanish speaker, originally from El Salvador!

Ingris is the best thing to have happened to our family. I had 20-month old twins, and had just given birth to a 3rd when Ingris came into my life. I was overwhelmed and she brought joy and organization into our home. She helped me manage childcare from breastfeeding through to a growing bossy toddler (ready for school) while helping me manage the care of 2 crazy twins. She is constantly talking to our kids, singing to them, taking them to the park, she takes our youngest on library dates and play groups around our house. She cooks, cleans, walks our dog when we need it (just as loving with her as she is w/kids). She has a background in healthcare and has been so helpful in managing a sick baby. She's proactive, thoughtful, and her intuition with children is 100% correct. I've never had to explain anything or asked her to anything differently - she just always knew what was needed. She speaks spanish and a little English - i don't speak spanish but we never had issues communicating.

Nanny Looking For A New Family To Care For

Avg response < 14 hrs
My name is Mayra and I have over 10 years of experience of being a nanny. The wonderful children I was taking care of are off to school so I'm looking for a new family to support. I am caring, nurturing and experienced person. I understand a little English but am Spanish-speaking only , legal resident, have a car, and am loving and trustworthy. I have experience taking care of twins and multiple kids. I am okay with doing light housework while baby naps. I am in a stable, long-term marriage and raised four children of my own, one of whom is a police officer. I'd love to find a kind and loving family to join as a care-giver up to 40 hours per week.

Mayra was the best thing that happened to our family after our second daughter was born 8 years ago. She has been part of our family ever since. I work long hours, and she arrived on time every morning with a smile on her face. She loves newborns and has a unique ability to anticipate their needs, care for them while ill, give them love and attention that is genuine and heartfelt, and form a deep bond with the family who is lucky enough to have her. She is a mom herself of four grown children, one of whom is a police officer. She has been caring for children, including twins, since she was very young. She does housework, cooks delicious meals, keeps the baby and everything involving the baby clean and neat, and she is absolutely 100% trustworthy in every way. She is ready to start working right away, and I am more than happy to have a further conversation with you by phone. She can work full- or part-time -- whatever you need. She understands English but responds generally in Spanish
