About Our Daycare Welcome to Chinenye Daycare! At Chinenye Daycare, we pride ourselves in being very loving, kind, gentle, and understanding childcare professionals who are easy to talk to, intelligent, efficient, open to new ideas, and above all, strive to improve the current and future well-being of the children we care for. We have many educational resources, based on the age of the children. We offer story time, learning colors, numbers, shapes, alphabets, reading books to infants, and so much more. One of our primary objectives is to provide a nurturing, fun environment for the daycare children. To accomplish this, we have child-sized furniture, nap cots, toys, books, games, craft materials, puzzles, and outdoor play equipment which will help children remain stimulated while in our care. The children also have climbing and other equipment inside a fenced backyard, where they are always supervised by our staff. In addition, we have materials and tools for early learning such as those that help children learn the alphabet and how to count. Social skills are also an important aspect of our daycare program. A child needs to learn how to engage with other children as well as with adults, and we consistently provide these opportunities. An additional service we offer is picking up your older child from a nearby school and helping them with their homework while they are in our care. We have computers which are accessible to all the children in the daycare, especially the children in the “afterschool care” program. Because we believe consistency is key, we have created schedules for daily activities, meal times, diaper changing times, nap times and more. We have an open door policy, which means the parents can stop by without notification, and call or text anytime they want and we will respond. We strive to be your partner and always give our parents peace of mind. We are completely transparent in our program and curriculum. We make ourselves available to discuss any questions or concerns our parents may have. We continuously self-assess and look to improve and make communication with the parents a paramount part of the childcare environment. We are committed to giving your children quality care. We make sure that the children in our daycare, grow physically, socially, emotionally, academically and otherwise.

Lovie S. says "She amazing with my child. My son has been going for 2 1/2 years and he LOVES going! "

Curriculum at Einstein Daycare includes the child-initiated and teacher-directed activities and experiences offered to young children that support and enrich their development physically, emotionally, socially, and cognitively. Einstein Daycare uses the Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers and Twos and the Creative Curriculum for Preschool as guides for planning the curriculum in each of its program rooms. Each classroom has weekly lesson plans, posted in the classroom. These plans contain a number of activities, designed to foster each child’s development, and the development of the group as a whole. Lesson plans are changed in order to accommodate the children’s changing interests. Each classroom is set-up in centers, which include blocks, dramatic play, books, gross motor, fine motor, and art. Outdoor play is important to a child’s physical development and is included in both the morning and afternoon schedule. Self-selection or “free-play” is a daily part of the curriculum and means a child has the opportunity to choose which center or activity he/she participates in. This promotes creative expression and development of social skills.

Marjorie G. says "Einstein Daycare is very good our 3 children have gone through 2 going now and i've not had any problems . My babies come back to me clean,...

Hello Parents of all Ages, The Early childhood period is very important because these are the valuable stages in which children brain is developing. During the age Birth to Age five, children are learning important, exciting, creative and imaginary things for each stage in their lives. It is my belief that children learn best through communication, bonding, nurturing, being in a safe and healthy environment, exploring the outdoors and most importantly through love. I believe that the most educational aspect in an infant to school-age life is their Physical, Social, and Mental Learning Environment. A healthy environment allows children to explore, take the initiative to seeing how things work, problem solve and communicate with peers while learning and building on their vocabulary. Deciding to work in the field of Early childhood became a goal. The goal of wanting to help each child develop while strengthening their weakness and challenging their strengths. It Is important to give children the tools to grow, be curious and take the initiative to learn how to think outside of the box. I have taken on the responsibility of creating a daily routine and lesson in which children are dedicated to and value their own interest and skills while I myself document the children progress in the early stages of education. Education doesn't start in a school; education start at home. The first stages of learning is bonding which allows children to form that connection with the teachers, educators and parents. Coming from a field of social work; my job was listening to the parents not the building and gaining the trust of the children. I felt if you had the trust of the parent, the child would adjust and connect with you. After being in the field for nearly twenty years, I was introduced to the Early Learning Guidelines handbook. This book showed me the stages of growth, what development stages a child should be at according to their age and how educators like myself can support the children. I've come to realize that a trusting relationship with adults is about listen carefully to what the child has to say. Expand on the conversation by asking question to things that interest them. Observe children in group and independently allowed me focus on what are their area of strengthen and areas of weakness were. Early Childhood wasn't my first career of chose; looking back over the years on how I've became knowledgeable, took trainings and educational course. I'm a leader!

Kristal P. says "Quintasha provide phenomenal care and education to the children. There is a set curriculum and constant growth. My daughter continues to excel in her...
