I had my own housekeeping business in the states of Washington, Louisiana, and Texas for more than 15 years and have references available upon request. I've cleaned houses for 10 years. I like what I do because I can work part time and take care of my children. I am very dedicated to what I do and am very detail oriented.

I do not have any formal experience with housecleaning, but I'm in my mid-40's and have been cleaning my own house for at least 25 years (and my mom was a great teacher!) I'm currently a full time student at Texas State and deliver newspapers overnight, but need something else to supplement my income. I am flexible, very dependable, and will clean to your specifications at all time. If you are not happy with my work, I will make it right. My rates are: $15/hr for cleaning and $20/hr for organizing. I do not charge for gas or travel time. With the organizing, I do charge for gas/time when I take the things you don't want to goodwill or the dump. I always work as quickly and thoroughly as possible, always breaking a sweat. I have a very positive attitude, take direction well and have a dependable vehicle.

Housekeeping includes housecleaning, that is, disposing of rubbish, cleaning dirty surfaces, dusting and vacuuming. It may also involve some outdoor chores, such as removing water plants, sweeping back and front porches and sweeping doormats.
