Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner unit that needs to be totally cleaned

I am looking for someone to clean once a week. Mostly the living areas and the bathroom. Duties could vary depending on the what is going on at the time. Scheduling is also flexible. I do have a dog who is very friendly but if you are allergic or scared of big dogs let me know and I can arrange to crate her. She will follow you around to make sure you are okay.

I am currently disabled from a spinal procedure and unable to do regular tasks around the home, and just need someone who can help with general tidying and cleaning around my home.

Finished basement 900 Sq ft with a half bath and kitchenette without oven or fridge. Total home square footage is about 3000. Looking for deep clean and window washing fir 1st clean. We have 20 tilt in windows. Carpet and vinyl plank flooring. Looking fir a price fir 1st clean, window washing, then monthly and biweekly prices.

Change Beds (2), Clean Bathrooms (1&1/2), Run carpet sweeper 1200 sq ft house, Wash kitchen floor 1 time per month.

I am simply looking for someone to come once a week to help with reading up, organization, laundry, and/or deep cleaning. My home has 3 bedrooms, 1 playroom, 2. 5 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, library, tv room, and a bar area. I have two children, one friendly dog that can be locked up while a housekeeper is there, and a friendly cat that could also be locked up. Areas I am looking at help with are: bathrooms, two bedrooms, kitchen, and laundry.

Single gentleman, travel's frequently, may have early morning meetings from home. Works in a global environment. There is a dog in the house, very nice pup, but furry, golden retriever. 2nd floor is not used at this point, but there is carpet which will need vacuumed and the bathroom just wiped down for dust as it is not used. However, holiday guests may come, so cleaning of the 2nd floor bath will need to be thorough.
