Seeking Dependable Monthly House Cleaning Help

We are looking for a dependable person to help clean our home. Our home is 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. We have about 1500 square feet of living space which includes a finished basement. We need help with general cleaning. Cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming the entire house including furniture, and mopping the kitchen floor. Every once in a while, window cleaning and possibly carpet cleaning. Please be able to provide your own supplies and equipment. We live in a community and there is street parking, or you can park in our driveway. We do have 1 dog his name is Mako he is a 21-month-old Pomsky. He is shy at first but over time will warm up.
