Joe is a happy, witty, smart, loving father of six who loves talking sports, puzzling, playing cards, connecting with others, and saying rosaries. An engineer, Joe had a stroke at age 45 resulting in left- sided paralysis. Through tenacity and faith, went on to found his own business from which he retired in 2005. He is endlessly curious, still plays a game of cards at 90, and loves zipping around the house in his scooter. He recently underwent successful surgery to correct a hip fracture but can no longer stand on his own.
If you are: a mature, experienced individual (male preferred but open) who deeply cares about elders; are able to move Joe via lift between his bed, scooter, commode, shower, etc.; willing to oversee meal prep; assist in showering; oversee OT/PT exercises; etc., please reach out to me. We would love to meet.
