Middleton Hospice Care Jobs

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 70s. She has MS and is in a wheelchair. Daily hours would be 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 PM, for a total of 25 hours per week from Monday through Friday. Occasionally a Saturday morning for bathing/dressing. Experience with Multiple Sclerosis preferred. Must have experience with transferring with hoyer lift. This position is through the Northeast Arc PCA program and pays $15/hour. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: bathing/dressing, toileting (if she can stand and pivot), preparing breakfast and lunch, medication, transfers to bed and chair using the hoyer lift or slide board depending on her ability on that day, Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
