Pet Sitter

I'm a licensed surgical veterinary CVA. I've studied at the University of Texas and fulfilled my internship at the VCA in Dallas. I've also volunteered in the surgical department for the SPCA. I currently work for a feline only clinic in the medical department. My mobile cat sitting service provides animal nursing capabilities such as administering SQ fluids, giving injections, administering medication, ear cleaning, massage therapy and post surgical home care. I also feed, scoop litter boxes, clean your cats personal environment and provide new cat guidance. I specialize in senior cats! As added bonus, I'll collect your mail, water your plants and provide my own biodegradable waste bags. Note, I will not pet sit a cat with active fleas or an aggressive demeanor. Lastly, I'm current on my insurance with Pet Care Insurance.

My search for a cat sitter is over! Jacqueline brought me complete and utter peace of mind while my husband and I were out of state. Jacqueline contacted me everyday day at the time we agreed on. I got a complete report on how they were eating, using their litter box, their demeanor, along with photos of our cats lounging on the balcony or curled up in the bed. My cats had an overnight pet-sitter who wasn't living up to much of our agreement (though my cats weren't in danger). I hired Jacqueline to check on my cats once a day. Jacqueline took care of the litter boxes, cleaned up hairballs and undigested food that was thrown up and topped off their water and dry food as necessary. She even washed the cat dishes and cleaned a bed blanket where one of the cats had thrown up. Not only did Jacqueline do her tasks, she did those of the overnight pet sitter. Jacqueline is truly the only reason I didn't get a plane and come home early for vacation. I'd hire Jacqueline again with no hesitation. She's professional, pays attention to detail, and goes above and beyond, she really knows how to reassure a nervous pet parent. Jacqueline is the best!

Pet Sitter, Walker, Errands At Your Home

Hello! I am a nanny, tutor, pet and house sitter who genuinely love pets. After 14 years of serving families in the Aventura area, they keep on trusting and recommending me to other new families. Occasionally when the children grew up, I ended taking care of their estates, pets, running errands, contractors, mail and anything pending at home. I am currently living in Dania at the Griffin Road area. I have verifiable local references, background check, clean driving record, able to offer pet pickup and drop off service (prior arrangements/transport/negotiable hourly rates $10-50+), will also drive your pet to groomer and vet visits. I like to work on maintaining lower and sort of a calm energy interaction that works pretty well when owners are away or busy. I have successful experience caring for Labs, Goldens, Spaniels, Chihuahua, and Chesapeake Bay, Beagles, Shih Tzu, birds and cats. Currently offering only at "your home service "overnight pet sitting and walks, when scheduled in advance, and would positively consider adding other house related tasks or errands, if necessary.(negotiable). Boarding service will probably resume in 2015. I liked to offer a calm environment to pets at my home. Right now when visiting I am committed to a daily walk (or as many times as arranged previously), expecting to work with well-behaved pets (Yes, I help enforce existing or suggested techniques) or at least dogs without major behavior issues. If interested, we can arrange to bring your pet to a park or a specific activity. I rescued two cats that are very well behaved, and I trained them to walk on a leash. They stay home and met almost every pet that I have taken care off. List of contacts and Pet emergency information written is required before service starts. My motto: "Once you leave, the pet is treated like it's mine". I am able to assist in emergencies, as pet taxi, and able to administering medications while keeping a diary. I am planning on opening a cage less pet day care with night boarding, when time permits, but for now I am involved in getting the education and experience necessary.
