Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Under direct supervision of the owner and with input from the Client Services Manager where appropriate, select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients. Maintains appropriate gross profit margin for each case Maintain all scheduling of caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies and/or "call-outs" arise. Company schedule must be complete for the next business day/weekend before leaving for the day Track and record in system all instances of assignment refusals, call-outs, late arrivals, early departures, etc. and share information with the CM or OM on a regular basis as determined by the CM Works within on-call rotation. Communicate with the CM or OM to Hire for the Void on a regular basis May assist in keeping caregiver files up to date, including tracking expiration of any licensing, insurance, etc. in system. As our Recruiting and Scheduling Manager, you will be involved in planning and implementing recruiting campaigns. You will also be responsible for a variety of duties associated with full-cycle recruiting of staff to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, collecting pre-employment documents, and retention. And, you will help select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on the needs of our clients. Recruiting & Staffing Finding Job Candidates: Develops full-cycle recruiting strategies to target and recruit candidates from a variety of sources using various techniques including third party job boards and industry events. Represents company at internal and external job fairs, college campuses, personnel agencies, business professional groups, and other locations throughout the community Planning: Collaborates with department heads to determine hiring needs and develop multifaceted hiring program Advertising: Creates, posts, and maintains job advertisements Data Entry: Inputs complete applicant and employee information into Information System Applicant Screening: Determine applicant qualifications by conducting pre-screen interviews of applicants: analyzes responses: verifies references: and compares qualifications to job requirements. Hold caregivers accountable to policies, and performs caregiver terminations if necessary Manages workload based on company goals, and personal initiative and prioritization Schedule Coordination In consultation with department heads, work with Scheduling Coordinator to select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients. About who needs care: Looking for some nice, caring, responsible and organized individuals who can take direction well, but also able to complete tasks on their own. I am a 39-yr-old, college-educated, independent woman with cerebral palsy. I have a speech impairment, but once you get to know me you will understand me just fine (especially swear words ). My roommate and I have a dog & cat, so you must be OK being around animals and assist me with taking care of them. The main duties include helping me shower, including pivot transferring in/out and dressing. Need assistance with oral, nail and hair care. Some hair knowledge would be a plus since I have really thick, long hair. Cooking meals and feeding me. MUST be comfortable with general housekeeping (dishes, laundry etc.), some deep cleaning, errands, shopping, and help organizing the house occasionally. Assistance with phone calls, setting up appointments, transportation, and other miscellaneous things that I'm unable to do independently. May need to transport me in your own vehicle as necessary. I'm pretty flexible and can we can work around other jobs/ kids/ app ts/etc. Morning, afternoon and evening shifts available. Could potentially be a full time position for the right person (with subsequent support). Covid Precautions: highly recommend being vaccinated!!! Masks are required for unvaccinated. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
