I have been a tutor for elementary and middle school kids in all subjects as well as tutoring for high school algebra, geometry, English, history, and science. I would love to work with your student! I went to Booker T Washington HS for the Performing and Visual arts where I was a dancer and graduated in the top 5% of my class, scoring a 33 on my ACT. I am also available to help with ACT tutoring or teach dance classes!

Hello! I am currently a math teacher at Anderson High School looking for some part time work on the side. I am located in South Austin, and can tutor all math subjects up to Algebra 2 Honors. I have taught Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Geometry at all levels in my 6 years of experience as a teacher. I would love to help your children through online instruction during these hard times. During college, I was trained and worked as a tutor at a local agency for 2 years. I tutor all lower and middle school subjects (including reading and writing), as well as high school (Pre-AP and AP) Biology, Chemistry, English/essay writing, History, Algebra, Geometry, Anatomy and Physiology, and Microbiology. I just graduated from the University of Texas with a major of Aerospace Engineering and a minor in Business. My GPA (culmination of classes) is a 3. 75/4. 00. I am now serving with the AmeriCorps as a 9th grade Algebra Teacher. Following this I will serve with the Peace Corps as a secondary math score. I love working with students to further their academic success and personal goals. Throughout college, I worked with high school students in Algebra and Geometry courses, and would consider myself a patient and thorough tutor. I feel qualified to tutor all levels of math courses to students from elementary through high school as well as ACT and SAT prep. My scores on the math portion of the ACT was a 34/36. (98th percentile). I was a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) mentor through my university for elementary students, focusing on educational engagement and encouragement in STEM related learning.
