I have a great passion for stimulating learning, especially in language, math, and social sciences. Like many of my students, I struggled with school as a little one, often believing that I wasn t smart. It wasn t until many years of trial and error and a full academic scholarship that I realized I had a knack for figuring it out . After all, studying is one thing, but learning to learn can be daunting! We tutors are only as helpful as the lessons we leave behind. My approach is two-fold: introducing information with multiple stimuli (visual, audio, tactile) and activities that encourage confidence and self-worth. I find these are essential for success, whether for a 4-year-old with speech and cognitive impairment, or for a professional needing help with English as a second language. I m so grateful to have been a part of people s educational journeys and I m excited to help your children on theirs.
