Join us this summer for a week full of cooking, learning, and virtual travel as we explore the culinary traditions of Asia! We’ll be preparing food from China, Korea, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam. We will learn the principals of sauces, flavoring, cooking techniques, doughs, wraps, noodles, rice dishes, dim-sum, and more. We will be preparing classic desserts such as mochi and custard tarts. Each day will include a snack break and conclude with a complete meal.

You will also perform challenges to gain points! The items and challenges are separated into 3 quests. Complete each quest one by one to finish 3Quest Challenge. To make the game even more of a challenge, you can set a time limit for yourself to see if you can complete all quests!
