Crystal arrived on time to tutor my 10 year old daughter in math to prepare for the FSA. She followed up with our initial email contact, was courteous and professional on the phone and asked appropriate and timely questions. When she arrived to tutor my daughter, she asked her some questions about herself and got right to work on the review packet! I could tell that my daughter was at ease and was not afraid of making mistakes. My daughter told me that when she made a mistake, Crystal was patient and took it as a moment for her to LEARN from the mistake. My daughter feels more confident about the math FSA and I look forward to both having Crystal continue reviewing the material next week with my daughter and hopefully, having Crystal tutor her next year in fifth grade. I was impressed with her calm and patient tone and her ability to listen, which is a very important skill to have! She spoke with me after the tutoring session and my daughter said she understood the material!!!!
