Lydia's Learning Center

107 S Miller St Clinton, IL

We pulled my son out of a center daycare after many daycare settings and trials. I decided to stay home and start up this adventure so I could home-school him. I have found my calling and fallen in love with it. I follow several different preschool curriculum that focus on all the academic benchmarks. I also teach christian based learning. We do a wide variety of activities using fine and gross motor, hands on and learning through play, art activities, science experiments, and so much more. We also do home-school PE and library time. My home is smoke free and pet friendly with 2 little dogs. I have experience in early childhood and special education from little to big. As well as, medically trained in CPR and licensed as an EMT. In addition, food allergies/special diet experience and caring for my medically complex son. I offer part and full \-time, as well as, before and after school care with bus transportation to Clinton Public Schools.
