I know there are many caregivers out there to consider but We had the privilege of having Jacqueline care for my mom for several months. We loved her calm and gentle spirit. She is a great communicator and she was excellent in dealing with our moms dementia and some of the behavioral issues that come with her disease. Jacqueline has extensive training and wisdom to care for the elderly. We could not have found a more loving caregiver! We are grateful for her calling to walk beside families and their loved ones. Experienced Full-Time Texas Caregiver

I have been working with Heartland of Bedford for eight years, four years as a CNA and four years in assisted living as a medication aide and a resident care coordinator. For part-time work, I take care of an elderly at home weekends, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Taking care of our parents is the only job I know how. I surely enjoy taking care of our parents to make sure that they have a wide smile on their faces which I do most of my life for eight years. It makes me happy too, when I see elderly depending on me and put all their trust and confidence in me, that makes me feel like I am taking care of own parents. That makes me so happy and reflects to my residents wherever I work. Everyone of our parents I have worked with truly trusts me and I love that so very much. So I make sure my residents are in a safe and happy environment. I am always the same whether a new resident or the ones I am used to.

Diana had been with our family for about 13 years and cared for both of parents, first my father, then my mother. They both loved and adored her as do I. My siblings and I all live out of the area and we trusted her with everything- grocery shopping, medical care, doctor's visits, even home repairs, but her primary care of our parents was always first. She communicated any illness, changes in their behavior such as not eating or not drinking so we as a family could act on any concern. She managed the schedules of the other caregivers, with her gentle ability to solve any issues. She is happy, dedicated (never missed a day) and is gentle and loving to those for whom she cares. She is also fastidious in cleanliness and gave dignity to my parents who ultimately could not help themselves. She became a part of our family and we will never forget how she helped our parent's last years to be meaningful, comfortable and safe as well as the comfort she gave to us.
