About who needs care: Yes, I broke right foot, as a results, I have very poor circulation of lower extremities, while sleeping at night,over use of left foot and leg, to compensate, right broken foot, exacerbated preexisting severe lumbar Scoliosis. I need assistance to the bathroom through out the night, because of occasional numbness in lower half extremity, causing Me to be at falling risk. I have severe, musculoskeletal, neuro degeneration, repacushions of pain upon lifting, standing, walking, sitting. I need general livein assistance, as needed. I presently have housing assistance, that allows Me a extra room special accommodations for My live-in Assistance Aide, at no cost to My Live-in Aide helper, but utilities have to be split. This Live-in Position is sponsored and paid for by a Home Care Program, that has given Me 90. 00 Hrs a Month payments for live-in Aide Services. I have 30 more Days to use My special housing accommodations Voucher, Live-in caregiver Assistant, and I has to fill out a background check form, and it has to be submitted. Thank You..
