Looking For A Nanny To Take Care Of Our 7 Month Old Baby

We're a very sweet, caring and loving family. Open communication is key for us. We believe in gentle parenting, in creating a strong connection through attachment, respect and unconditional love. We have a no-screen environment for our child and instead, love to expose him to educational activities, lots of talking and engaging with him. Our 7-month-old baby loves music, books, walks, playing with his toys, crawling, exploring and just interacting with us. I'm a stay-at-home mom trying to build my own business, so I need some hours during the week to focus on that. We're looking for a female (and preferably Spanish speaking) caregiver who is loving, caring, has experience with babies, is CPR trained, and respects our son as much as she respects adults. We have a 2-year-old French bulldog. He's the sweetest dog you've ever met. :)
