6hrs Every Other Weekend With Autistic 2yo

Hi! We are a family of 6, but only need care for our 2. 5yo. Our older 3 are young teenagers and may or may not be home when care is needed. Our son is Autistic, pre-verbal but very sweet and happy. We are currently receiving respite hours(hours for babysitting) from an agency, so our caregiver would need to be willing to be paid thru them. We are flexible on care being either Saturday or Sunday as well as times, but hoping for one day every other weekend for about 6hrs at a time. Our son loves playing outside, and our backyard is safe for him to play in. He loves playing on the trampoline, swing, and spinning as well as walking to the neighborhood park. He does love to be outside, but doesn't always stay close to us. He needs constant supervision should he just decide to walk/run away. When transitioning from something he loves(like watching tv or playing at the park) he usually gets frustrated and will throw a tantrum by hitting his head or banging it on the ground. Our caregiver will need to be quick at intervening to protect his head and help him move on to the next activity. Experience working with Autistic kiddos is highly preferred.
