Our kids need to stay in their routine on school nights in order to thrive. They have not had a babysitter in several months so it will be a bit of an adjustment for them.
After stories and songs, the youngest two are in their cribs by 8 p.m. The "twinners" go to bed next. They each choose a couple books and like to be read to in their rooms. Our older girls handle themselves after about 7:30 p.m. They can shower and have free time in their rooms. Our 9-year-old would still enjoy being read to after the younger kids are in bed. Our ideal caregiver: Our ideal caregiver has the patience for the challenges of young kids, understands and respects the need for routine, and still knows how to have fun with kids and ensure their physical and emotional safety. Additional needs include having a reliable car and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my 1-year-old son, 2-year-old daughter, 4-year-old daughter, 4-year-old son, 9-year-old daughter, and 14-year-old daughter. Looking for care Wednesdays (6-9:30pm).
