I had my two children enrolled and even though it was extremely expensive I was hoping that the education would outweigh the costs. My children didn't enjoy it there. I lost my job and had to withdraw my children and tried to work out an agreement to pay my remaining balance and they turned into greedy people unwilling to work with me and my situation. They demanded final payment and threatened legal/collection action if I didn't pay. Glad to pay but just needed extra time. Wouldn't recommended due to poor education, cleanliness of facility (especially toddler room), and customer service and compassion!

We found it incredibly difficult to find a balance of quality care and also education, here in Castle Rock, so, we are so glad we made the transition to the Primrose School of Castle Rock. My son is so loved and learning a ton. The teachers and staff are invested in each of their students and their families, and also have an wonderful sense of community.
My son comes home, every single day, having learned something new and tells me at the end of each and every day what an "amazing day" he had... his words, not mine, so that speaks for itself.
They are the only quality preschool school in this area that we would recommend, and we recommend them highly.

Both of our boys currently go to Primrose. Our youngest is in the infant room at Primrose CR and his brother is in the Early Preschool 1 room. Our oldest son started Primrose in the infant room in 2013 and we have never regretted our decision to send him here. We love the school and wouldn't take them anywhere else!

They are learning a lot and our oldest sons vocabulary has expanded by leaps and bounds. Many are surprised that he has only just turned 2.

Miss Jill in the infant room is amazing and has always made us feel us very comfortable leaving our babies in her care.

Amber, Jess and RaeLynn are always open, friendly, and helpful. When we drop them off in the morning, they are happy and excited to see their teachers and friends.

This is so much more than a daycare to us, in fact we have rarely refer to it as a daycare, to us and our boys it is their first school.

Today marks our one year anniversary of my son attending Primrose. I was blown away when I interviewed them over a year ago, shocked when four months later my one year old was signing words and I had to ask the teacher what they meant because he was learning so fast, but today I am proud and honored to be a part of the Primrose Family and have them as part of our family. The teachers are special, they are genuine and kind and truly understand the impact they make on these kiddos every day. The curriculum never ceases to amaze me, from learning what it means to be a good friend, Math, Reading, "Why is it good that I am different?" SO MUCH more and this is just for the 2 year old's class. When offered a job out of state I quickly declined because this school is too important to my family. There are a million reasons why I will never leave Primrose but the number one reason is because they genuinely care not just about the kiddos but about the parents. Today my son was tired and sad, he wanted to stay home and I took him in his teacher took him from me and I left while he was sobbing. It made me feel terrible but I knew it would pass and it is just a phase. Moments later I got an email of a picture of him playing and happy and the email simply said, "Eamon is all better!" What a weight to lift off of the shoulders of us parents when our kiddos are going through the separation anxiety phase. I can keep going but I believe this is enough for the review, plus I am limited on space. Just stop in and you will understand what makes them so special.

Primrose was the first daycare center we used with both our children. We had a high amount of confidence in the staff and teachers watching our children. The teachers are always sending pictures of our kids in their daily activities and we get updated on nap times and what they eat during day via email. I would highly recommend Primrose for all your childcare needs, they are more like family.

Our daughter is in the infant program at Primrose CR and we absolutely love it! It's such a relief knowing that, when I drop her off in the morning, she is happy and excited to see her teachers and friends. Miss Jill is amazing, and Amber, Jess and RaeLynn are so's nice that every single time I walk in, they call me by name and know my daughter's name as well! This is so much more than a daycare to's a great start to my baby's learning and socialization! Thank you, Primrose!

My son's absolutely love Primrose! This is the 3rd Primrose we have attended due to job changes and is by far the best. We have only been attending this location since May and I have seen a huge change in my older son's behavior. He is responding very well to the way things are taught and handled at the school. Both of my children are learning a great deal and I have seen a surge in their development. The staff goes above and beyond to help the parents and children. They are super nice and friendly. They are also very informative and keep you up to date on what is going on. My kids love all the special things they do like themed days, splash and bike days, face painters and so on.
As a working parent it is refreshing to not have to worry if your children are being well cared for or having fun. My kids have great days and look forward to going back. I also love all the pictures and videos they send every day so I can see how they are doing. It is a nice added touch that is much appreciated. This is an amazing daycare and I feel that my children will be very well prepared for kindergarten. I highly recommend Primrose of Castle Rock.

My daughter has attended this school for 4 years. As a working Mom, it's so important to find a place that you feel will take care of your children the way that you do at home. I have always felt that my daughter is safe, treated with kindness and love, and above all receiving a great education. She is thriving and is very advanced for her age. I never hesitate or worry when I drop her off at school. I know that she is happy to be there, and will be in great hands while I am at work! After she completes the Kindergarten program this year, we will have to move to a new school next year. We will greatly miss all of the teachers and staff at Primrose. I am so grateful for this school and feel blessed that we have had the opportunity to have them in our lives.

I wish I could give a 10 star rating, because they have earned it!

Since my two kids have been a part of Primrose, we are watching them flourish, at unprecedented rates. Words can't express what this means to us as parents. One of my favorite parts of my day is to hear about their day at school. They light up as they tell me/show me what they learned. They are both thriving from an educational standpoint, as well as, emotionally and socially. Their behavior has also turned a new leaf and they are much more engaged in making good choices.

The Primrose School of Castle Rock goes the extra mile! One of my first great impressions of the school was that every teacher in the building knew my children's names and take the time to say hello or goodbye. It means a lot when we are treated like family and friends. The Primrose School of Castle Rock's team is also incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. The activities they arrange are amazing and a great way to bring families together. I know how much hard work goes into setting up events like these and it is truly appreciated!

Simply stated, we are proud to be a family with Primrose School of Castle Rock!

They do a great job of giving our kids the tools they need to succeed in kindergarten. The place is well run, they do lots of fun activities, and I feel safe dropping my kids off there. We also get lots of updates on what they are doing.
