DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. They treat them like ghetto children. They only
Care about money. They have a high staff turnover rate. They don't hold parents accountable and all the directors are rude! Do not send them here ever

I work across the street as a teacher at Lucy Craft Laney and have been sending my daughter, who is 18 months, since she was 3 months old to this New Horizon. Rio has been blessed to have such amazing, loving teachers and a highly qualified director.

Every morning Rio runs from my arms to Ms. Kim's arms and I couldn't be happier. Even when standing in the lobby, Rio greets her past teachers with a big smile and hug. I know and trust the care at this location and couldn't imagine taking her anywhere else!

New Horizon Penn Location is the best my son learned so much and was well on his way to kindergarten, all the staff are very welcoming when you enter the building if I asked them to do something for my son it was done to the highest expectation.... I would recommend this center.

This is the worst place you could send your kid, and the reason why I'm in search of childcare. They have a constant turn over of workers, making it unstable for the kids. They don't introduce us to new workers. We see subs who don't even introduce themselves. I've been told by my child and other's that the workers put their hands on their kids, and hurt them. These lazy workers created a bowel movement issue with my son. He has been potty trained since he was 18months old and all of a sudden starts pooping on himself at 5yrs old. I found out at the end of a lot of hell that it's because they weren't allowing him to get up during nap time. Worst of all, they would let him sit in his poop for hours, and when I came to get him the entire room would be permeated with overwhelming poop stank. I complained too many times for them to continually do nothing about it. This happened at least a dozen times. The bathrooms had kid pee all over at least half a dozen times I went in there to help my child. One day my child left the building without me. No one there stopped him. Another day one of the teachers released my child to another child. This place is out of control. They don't even have a kitchen in the building. The food is mush. My kid started forgetting how to write his name once he started there, and he had been writing it since he was 2yrs old. These lazy women don't do anything. Great new facility.. sure! Cool playground on the roof. Wonderful! Health hazards up the wazoo, unqualified workers, and corporate greed will screw you in this place. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!
