Says it's a locked facility but The front was never locked and I had no problem getting in the actual daycare most days without the buzzer because they just leave the doors open. One of my sons used to cry everyday I dropped him off because he said the teachers are "mean" to him and others in the class, and my other son who has nonverbal autism and extreme food allergies was coming home with giant lumps on his head and bitemarks and grownup hand marks on his arms multiple times, (which they claim he ran into a wall) every single time as the reason! and was coming home with allergic reactions more than once when his food was prepacked everyday so that exact issue wouldn't happen which caused multiple drs appointments. I would say a majority of the teachers that were there in 2017 atleast were extremely under qualified if qualified at all. A bunch of girls just out of high school that cared more about talking to their friends (other teachers) than actually being with the kids. They all lie to cover each other's back but thank god for the one teacher that one of my kids had that would tell me about how horrible it was when parents left. The director Kim was just as bad and didn't help or resolve a single issue I had, seemed like she couldnt care any less about my children's safety or mental health being there, esp since we had a voucher I feel we were almost looked down on. The BEST thing that could've ever happened was having my children leave that "daycare". It's been probably 3 years since my kids have attended this facility and I still get upset thinking about what happened when I would leave my kids with these people and still regret not taking them out sooner than they were. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND would give a 0 if possible.

My husband and I went on a tour here at the lowell site with Kim and we were disappointed. Walking through the hallways we not only heard yelling in several rooms but also in EVERY classroom the teachers were on cellphones not even paying attention to the class! Walking by the infant classroom there was even a baby crying in a jumper by the window while the teacher was rocking in a rocking chair on her phone. I would not recommend this school at all!

As a parent of two Little Sprout graduates I can honestly say that placing them in the Little Sprouts program was the best decision we made. The education they prepare from infancy to preschool provided my children with the foundation for a successful future. From their infant curriculum, an amazing music program, assessments and focus on literacy they have certainly found the secret sauce to education. I will forever be grateful.
