Experience with Alzheimer s/Dementia, CHF, CAD, ALS, Stroke, Parkinson's, Cancer, COPD, Emphysema, Renal Failure, and other acute and terminal disease processes. Extensive background in home healthcare, geriatric care, hospice care, long term care, assisted living, and pain management. Four hour minimum shift requirement. Shifts scheduled within hours of 6am-6pm, 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm, 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm, and 3pm-11pm. Overnight care shifts and twenty-four hour care shifts are negotiable under extenuating circumstances for patients and families.
