This company is shady and unprofessional. My friend was told that the sitter they sent to her worked in a facility in her area, yet the sitter couldnt tell her where, then Wellington told her the name, then facility told her she worked in another area. This caused suspicion for my friend so she asked the owner if she checked her references and she told her repeatedly that she would send them to her email. After waiting she contacted the Manager of facility that this sitter worked and was told that she had just sent them over. Wellington sent this sitter into my friend's home BEFORE they got any references. This is something that should be done by them, not done after your customer asked you if you did your job! PLEASE be aware and make sure person is checked out before you allow someone in your home with your loved ones. This was her first experience with in home care and a learning experience.
