Thank you for considering me to be your nanny.

I feel that my role as a nanny or babysitter is that of maintaining diligent watch over the children to ensure their safety and comfort, interacting with children in a way that creates a positive association with learning and looking for every opportunity to encourage learning and development, and supporting the family by assisting with toy organization, the kitchen and the laundry.

I grew up with four younger siblings, so I care for children with a loving, responsible older-sister vibe. I genuinely love to hang out with children and listen to them, read books, sing, play catch and soccer outside, go for walks or to the park, have dance parties, draw pictures, and be silly. I have years of experience caring for infants and I bring an awareness of the first years' developmental milestones to my play and interaction with them.

I am certified in First Aid, Infant/Child CPR, and SIDS/Abusive Head Trauma; I have had a three-hour training on car seat use and general safety practices for driving with children in the car and I have a perfect driving record. I have a car with a forward- or rear-facing car seat. I am a member of the International Nanny Association, and utilize their recommended practices. I am a member of DONA, a certifying Birth Doula and experienced as a Postpartum Doula as well.
