We are a home health care agency licensed by the Department of Aging and Disability Services to provide skilled nursing and personal attendant services. Our personal attendant services includes bathing/showering, companion/sitter, light house cleaning, meal preparation, assist with errands and escort to doctor appointments. We also provide skilled nursing services (requires a physician order) comprehensive nursing assessment, medication management, medication pill box management, monitor for disease processcomplications and exacerbation and communicate abnormal finding to your physician. We serve clients who reside in assisted living facilities, people with medical conditions that cause fatigue or weakness, people in private residences, adults in recovery phase after hospitalization or surgery.
