About
Tot Turf is a small home daycare which welcomes children aged 2 years through 5. I also have openings for 1 part-time kindergartener as well as a 6 year old to 8 year old. I am an energetic recent college graduate who has my own home and is excited tobegin making a difference in the lives of young kids. I have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology along with a minor in Nutrition. I am licensed, certified in CPR and health and safety. I have created a stimulating environment for learning and healthy fun. I love to bake and cook and provide nutritious breakfast, lunch as well as two snacks. Daily activities include art projects, story time, music and dance, free play, and circle time. We will have fun learning shapes, colors, ABC's and numbers. I have a covered sandbox using all "Safesand" as well as a multitude of other safe play equipment. My home has two separate, creatively decorated, nap rooms with video cameras and sound. One is for toddlers and one for infants. It has been my desire to make a difference in the world and I believe that starts with the children.
