The Hearth at Tuxis Pond offers Independent Living, Assisted Living and our Keepsake Village for the memory impaired. Our monthly rental includes 3 meals a day, utilities, housekeeping, van transportation and a wonderful activity program. Our location in downtown Madison allows our residents to easily get into the beautiful quaint, New England town of Madison, either by walking or a quick drive. Residents can pick from a large array of activities, including exercise and balance classes, music, trips to localarea attractions and more. Nursing care is offered in the privacy of residents' apartments and can include help with all activities of daily living. We have a nurse in our building 24/7. Our Live More philosophy holistically helps our residents live at their optimal level and features a Live More Wellness Aide who offers services to our residents, such as individualized exercise programs which can enhance the health and well-being of each resident. Our Mosher-Gardens method was developed using strategies of consistent engagement and quality care for our memory care residents.
