The Baby Pro is a mother, NICU nurse and Moms on Call trained consultant. I offer many ways to help new parents. With my in home newborn consultations, we cover infant care, some medical information so you know when you need to worry and when something isa normal change, developing good sleep habits (most of my clients are sleeping through the night by 10-13 weeks without sleep training) and how to get your baby on an age appropriate schedule. The newborn consultations include a Moms on Call swaddle blanket and book, and 6 months of email support so I can continue to answer your questions as your little one grows. I also offer sleep training (over the phone, in home or overnight). I develop a sleep plan specifically for your family. This also includes 2 follow up phone calls and one month of email support. Lastly I offer some occasional in home night shift nursing. This must be scheduled in advance and be for at least 8 hours per night. During that time I care for the baby or babies (feedings, diaper changes, swaddling, cuddles etc) and let parents sleep. The only exception to that is if mom wants to nurse the baby. In that case I bring the baby to mom for feeding, then will bring the baby back to the nursery to go back to sleep. I also wash and prepare bottles and tend to baby laundry.
