It was our first experience in putting our little girl in a childcare. Rachida made our experience wonderful. She is really welcoming and she cares not only about our baby's interest, but with ours as well. Star family daycare is so clean and safe for our child. I wish her the best of luck!

It is a pleasure to write a comment of recommendation for Ms. Rachida. I have know Ms. Rachida since 2016 when she started caring for my child at a very young age. We were also next door neighbors. During the time my family worked with Ms. Rachida , we always found her caring, hard-working, and going above and beyond her role. I can attest to her good character and professionalism.

I love this daycare and I have never had an issue. The lady is very nice and understanding.

Rachida and her staff are incredibly warm and caring towards my son. He started going to Star Family Day Care in September 2019 (he was 5.5 months old) and he loves it. He has never cried when I drop him off or been crying when I pick him up. In fact, before leaving he hugs and kisses all of the staff. He really is loved while he's in their care. I can not say enough good things about this gem!

Hi. I and my wife Mehvish dropped our kid to rachida day care. I think I won't forger this moment. Every time my kid came back home, he was sobbing when he was sleeping. She never pick calls and even if we call, she used to yell at us. One day she said if your kid is crying, I cannot do anything about it. We called her hardly two or three during month and half when we dropped our kid but she's been yelling. Plus she closes her door all the time so that no one can get in not even parents.

She's been reported once and I have also reported her attitude towards my kid, my wife and myself.

If you really love your kids, please don't send your kid to this lady. Not sure people who are commenting anything good about her are legit users

Rachida started watching our 12 week old daughter in February 2018. Our daughter is now 11 months old and thriving. Her face lights up every time Rachida answers the door, and we feel unconditionally confident that our daughter is in good hands Monday - Friday. Rachida treats every child she cares for as if they were her own and that is a rarity that we cherish. In addition, with this relatively small daycare, all of the parents know each other quite well and that makes for a very fun, casual, respectful culture. We will continue to recommend Rachida to parents who are seeking a caring and nurturing daycare provider. She has created a safe and loving environment for children that we are forever grateful for.

As terrifying as it was to choose a full time day care provider for my firstborn back in 2014, when we met with Rachida our fears were dispelled. She gave me a good vibe from the get go and I cannot imagine anyone taking better care of my children. They love her and she them, and I cannot thank her enough for guiding my children (and us!) through this world. Every developmental goal reached or overreached we can thank her and her team for. I have two girls (aged 4 and 2), and both began going to Rachida's at 3 months old. My youngest is still there now and I am just as content as I was back when we started. She comes home with fun artwork, sings songs even I don't know, counts up a storm, she has a strong love of reading and books which I know they nurture, and she looks forward to going back every Monday to see Rachida and her friends again. It really is like having a second family, and I think that is a rare and invaluable find when it comes to childcare these days. I will always heartily recommend Rachida to families, with no reservations.

Rachida is a wonderful lady she take care my newborn baby now she is 3 year old knows how to put her toys away and her clothes I'm glad Rasheeda was in her life since she was a baby I will recommend this day care anyone she id a lovable lady and honestly and she love to take care kids so well.

My baby loves Rachida and considers her a second mom because she took care of her since she was very tiny. When I first met Rachida my heart knew that I can trust her with my baby and this is not something to be taken lightly because in the search process I met with others and it never felt right. Rachida is kind and honest. She is also very welcoming and goes out of her way to help out in anyway she can. She is also educated and you can see this in the way she interacts with the kids. Rachida is sensitive to the kids needs and also tries to work with the family as a team. She also knows the importance of healthy eating and variety in activities for the kids development. I am just happy that I found Rachida and also happy with the staff and we plan on staying until my baby is too old to be in daycare or we move!

My son has been going to Star Family Daycare since he was 12 months old (he is now 21 months) and we have had a wonderful experience! Rachida, the owner of Star Family, and her staff are loving, kind, nurturing and supportive of my son's early development. My husband and I were interested in an in-home daycare, as we wanted him to experience a loving and warm environment--something similar to what we provide him with at home and Star Family has done just that. I highly recommend this daycare!
