This is Our Mission. Spectrum Pals, Inc. is available to provide regularly scheduled, ongoing In-home Training for children as young as 2 years of age through adulthood who have been diagnosed with Autism. First, there's an initial evaluation period that starts with a visit from a member of our clinical team. This time allows us to get to know you and your family member's specific needs. Once the evaluation is completed, a program is then designed just for you that will be implemented during regularly scheduled and consistent hours. We then contract with, and prepare a specially selected paraprofessional (PAL) to work with your family member to begin the work of increased independence and self-direction in your home. Just as importantly, we will help address challenging behaviors using methods based in Positive Behavior Support. Additionally, understanding that you may already be receiving certain supports and services, we make sure to collaborate with you and your team.
