After going through the rigorous interview process, all of our caregivers are drug tested (initial & random) and have state & federal criminal background checks as well as motor vehicle driving record checks performed before they are eligible to work a single shift. From April 2015 until August 2016 we have processed justover 1600 applicants and as of the end of August we have hired 62 caregivers from the group. 62 top-notch caregivers out of over 1600.
