I had written a review before having a very unpleasant experience with the owner over an error they created. The first review was because I had to file a complaint with the Colorado Department of Health Services about one of their caregivers. The CDHS provided advice and the matter was closed. But then I had a disturbing encounter with the owner over a billing issue. The billing person doesn't send out invoices in a timely or organized way. So, when a $1200 bill appeared on our bank statement and I had not received an invoice for that amount, I was concerned. I called the bank and they said they would investigate. They didn't tell me they were going to reverse the charges and I wasn't aware that it had been done until I received an attacking email from the owner who accused me of not paying them, threatened to sue me, and all manner of nasty words. She refused to listen when I explained that I had nothing to do with the bank reversal. She refused to accept any responsibility for causing the bank reversal by not sending out an invoice to us, and she kept getting more and more accusatory and aggressive. She demanded that I send the money by check and it had to be received within 10 days - in the middle of a delayed covid mail situation. I couldn't believe a business owner could be so unprofessional and unjustifiably ugly toward a paying customer. Horrible, immature person. Horrible agency. Cheaper than most agencies and you can understand why. There are a couple of good caregivers, but it's bargain basement shopping all the way.
