Care Services Include: respite care, companionship, meal preparation, standby assistance, bathing, transferring, medication administration under Nurse Delegation, medication reminders, incontinence care, Alzheimer's Dementia Care, Diabetes Care, end of life support, light housekeeping, transportation
We have a very thorough screening process for our caregivers, which provide us with the best caregivers. Our first question after the interview is, "would I want this caregiver to be with my mother or father?" Our caregivers are required to provide two professional reference checks, and undergo a mandatory 7 year background check and drug testing. All caregivers must attend a 5 hour in office pre-hire training along with 12 continuing education units per year. All credentialed caregivers are verified annually. Caregivers are TB tested and have CPR/FA training. Our company is bonded and insured.
Our individualized personal care plan is carefully crafted to best fit and serve your needs. Flexibility and honesty is what propels our company to best serve you. We encourage you to contact us with any questions. No question is too small.
