We have avery thorough screening process for our caregivers, which provide us with the best caregivers. Our first question after the interview is, &quot;would I want this caregiver to be with my mother or father?&quot; Our caregivers are required to provide two professional reference checks, and undergo a mandatory 7 year background check and drug testing. All caregivers must attend a 5 hour in office pre-hire training along with 12 continuing education units per year. All credentialed caregivers are verified annually.
