My Dad has been at Regency for about 3 years and has had good care. I was very pleased with Stephanie the director. However, my trust was betrayed. One evening, out of the blue, she calls and tells me I will have to move my Dad somewhere else as they can't manage him any longer. That is NOT what I was told when I came. I was assured this was his last resting place. He could die here. Well, that didn't turn out to be true and hence more distress comes into my life,. Think twice about placing your loved one here. All is not as presented.
