POSITION: Kids Club Staff Member
REPORTS TO: Kids Club Manager/Floor Manager and General Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Kids Club Staff Members will maintain a safe and stimulating environment for our young children. Staff members must adhere to the strict measures of professionalism and compassion when dealing with families and the special needs for each and every child.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assist and create an environment conducive to the child's social, physical, and emotional development.
* Provide a safe, clean and organized play space for the kids.
* Interact with the kids in such a way that conveys respect and in a nurturing manner.
* Maintain all paperwork (sign in forms/waivers/payment slips, etc.) to keep record of all children in our care.
* Maintain a safe environment throughout the shift, including straightening of the rooms, keeping toys in correct bins and making sure walkways are safe.
* Work effectively as a RAC team member by using the communication log and contributing information on an as needed basis.
* Maintain friendly and professional relationships with each child's family.
* Assist the RAC front desk staff as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
* Positive, Patient, Outgoing, and Energetic
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work within a team
* Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail
* Passionate about working with children
* AED/CPR/First aid certified or willing to obtain upon hire.

COMPENSATION
* Competitive Hourly Wage.

This document, in conjunction with the RAC's standard policies as outlined in our EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK, will constitute our agreement and outline our expectations for duties and compensation. Any disputes or discrepancies in these policies should be resolved as specified herein or by the guidelines as outlined in the EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK.
