With a growing number of people choosing to "age in place" and Obamacare making it easier for many to do so, we are ready to send Certified Homemaker Home-Health Aids(CHHAs) to assist seniors in their residences.
The services provided range from companion care to live-in dementia care. The companion care adds a much needed social outlet to many seniors who are often left tothemselves for a good portion of their day. A few hours a day helps keep them alert and satisfied. The personal care level of service enters the area of hygiene, medical reminders, food preparation, feeding and ambulatory needs. Alzheimer's Disease and dementia are specialty needs that take the experience and patience of CHHAs that we work with.<br/>All services can be provided on an hourly or live-in basis. The hourly generally starts with a four hour minimum. There are rare occasions when exceptions can be made to help multiple people in a community.<br/>The live-in care service is for those people who have chosen not to leave the comfort of their own home for any type of facility. Our special comprehensive alternative provides 24 hour safety7 days a week. The caregiver would be besides the client and ready to care for them.throughout the day. <br/>Our CHHAs are screened for honesty and conscientiousness while having a clean DMV record, criminal background checks and Social Security checks. Our firm has a smoke free and drug free policy that we adhere to for our caregivers. All this is discovered as they are all interviewed in person before being offered employment through our agency. <br/>The company is bonded and insured and licensed to work as a Health Care Services Firm in the State of New Jersey.
