PennPal has been a lifeline for the family of our loved one through many difficult times. We feel this is not just "a job" for Rachel, but rather "a calling". She is caring, helpful, up front and thorough. There have been many times when we could not be with our loved one, and Rachel has always stepped up to offer care. We recommend her highly...she has become part of our family.

Rachel Penn helped us look after my mom for the past several years. Quite frankly, if it were not for Rachel, we wouldn't have been comfortable leaving the area for the summer months as we do every year. She has become a member of our family and someone that my mom truly loved to see. Rachel was very conscientious in her interaction with mom and always alerted me if something was not right with mom. She's compassionate with all her clients as I have witnessed on many occasions when I was visiting mom and she was with another client. She truly cares about the well being of each and every person she assists and communicates her concerns quickly. Although my mom passed away in April from Covid, I still have contact with Rachel. As I said earlier, she has become a part of the family!
