We are a family owned and operated personal care home since 1997. We offer all inclusive services for your loved one including nicely appointed rooms, 3 home cooked meals and snacks, and 24 hour supervision. Other services available include medication assistance, ADL assistance, transportation and other services. We have private and semi-private rooms available and all are furnished and available with private phone, cable TV and internet. All residents are welcome to bring their own furniture and belongings to make their room feel more like home. Our facility has 24-hour staff, smoke detectors, sprinkler systems, fire alarms along with a monitored security system so you can be sure your loved one is safe and protected.

James Pendley is the administrator for the Pendley PCH. He is a licensed practical nurse and EMT and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS). James is also an Army Combat Medic and Iraq War Veteran as well as a Combat Lifesaver (CLS) trainer and certified in the Army's Brigade Combat Tactical Trauma Training (TC3). He has received numerous awards including an Army Commendation Medal, two Army Achievement Medals, Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, as well as the Army Good Conduct Medal. He is a graduate of the Army's Practical Nurse Course where he was an honor graduate and received the Directors Award for excellence and the Commanders Award for Leadership. He was also awarded the Distinguished Leadership Award from the Basic Leadership Course. As the full-time administrator, James still serves in the military as a combat medic in the South Carolina National Guard. He is currently furthering his education in pursuit of an RN degree and is currently on the Dean's List.
