Stay away from this agency at all costs. They were providing services for my elderly mother and decided to abandon her in the middle because the insurance company told them that they have an error in billing. they mailed an updated claim on December 21st and on January 4th canceled services because they weren't paid. They threatened my mother that they will bill her, which they know is a violation of Medicare policies. The owner is rude, unwilling to listen, and unreasonable. 12 days from the time they mailed a claim (by regular postal service) with two long weekends in between and a holiday week and they are abandoning a sick patient because they still haven't received the money. Find someone who actually cares about their patient, follows guidelines and doesn't abandon.

I have never come across such a mission driven team. The OptionONE Care At Home team shows up everyday with smiles on their faces, because it is clear, they love what they do. It has been a true privilege to work with a group of people that has such a love for what they do, dedication to their clients & caregivers, and a selfless drive to make the world a better place.
Their approach to In-Home care is different form everything else I have seen out there. They started with building a deep relationship and then approached how to best provide care. They then custom built a 'dream team' of caregivers that they believed would best match the unique situation.
They truly are the 1st and only care agency I would go with!
