My child care philosophy is inspired by the kids I've cared for throughout my life and what's worked for them. For example, my son is super active, always running around and playing. So I've created a variety of activities throughout the day for all kidsand interests-from physical games when we have a lot of energy, to reading and arts and crafts when the children want to relax or have quiet time.
