Loving Care Transitional Home, LLC has been an Ohio Department of Health (ODH) licensed-care and service provider for many years. Initially licensed and monitored by ODH as a provider of adult family homes, we have also been certified - since 2007 - as an authorized Medical Provider by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and an authorized Agency Provider for the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (ODDD), with whom we are also approved to provide Supported Living Services.

Now we bring our considerable experience and years of unparallelled service in care-giving into the area of Home Health Care for seniors. Our state-tested nursing assistants and home-health aides are friendly, reliable and experienced in all levels of care. Our mission is "to treat you with respect, love and care and truly promote family environment at home to you, by developing caregivers committed to superior service". We go to great lengths to make you feel comfortable and well cared for while you live in your home - versus going to live in an assisted-living, group or nursing home.

We offer Live-in Services & 24-hour care, assistance with bathing and grooming, medication administration and/or reminders, incontinence care, companionship, transportation and errands, meal preparation and feeding, respite care, transportation, dietary monitoring for special dietary needs, light housekeeping, laundry & linen change, and shopping.

We also have dedicated Physical Therapists to evaluate and treat your physical needs.

Even though our operating hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, there is a dedicated on-call line which is accessible 24hrs a day.
