I worked for them horrible company they try to get you hours but that don't always work out being a caregiver has its awards for helping others but if you want financial security being a caregiver is not the way to go especially for this company. no raise they decided to give me a dollar raise after 3 years and then took it back. The accountant Linda attacked me verbally and said some things that were way out of line and offensive, if you get complaints they sick her on you.i got disrespected and unappreciated.You become more of a full time housecleaner I got on them about that too I did not sign up to be a housecleaner and for the bad pay,I signed up to be a companion caregiver.they get on you if you sit around well if the client doesn't need anything what else you supposed to do run around in circles I guess and I'm not doing that. No benefits.no advancements.no gas money unless you get on them about it.i went beyound the call of duty but got crap for it.if a client goes in the hospital you don't get paid you loose money don't make a steady paycheck to survive on. And that Linda girl is a mean not right in the head person the stuff she said I should sue her. And the clients even complain about the company before I even started working for them. So if you don't want any of this or to be homeless don't work for them or even be a caregiver.

Unreliable and untrustworthy. Maxwell seemed to not care what his managerial staff does as some of them don't tell the truth and don't send staff to clients, leaving the family to fend for themselves. That is IF their has family.

Horrible company to work for as well as to depend upon for their caregiver services. They don't tell the truth and send caregivers that harass family members and other caregivers.

Literally one of the best companies out there, my mother is death, blind, and has dementia so i was really looking for a trust worthy company to care for her and i believe Le primecare is that trustworthy company. we've been with them for 18 month now
