BEWARE!!!!! This "learning center" does not foster an inclusive nor supportive environment. Teri, the owner, is completely rigid in her approach and was not willing to give our 14 month old son time to adjust to the prescribed, militaristic (and unrealistic) schedule she tried to enforce on a small child. Our 14 month old son only attended Klubhouse Kids (KK) for one month and we received constant complaints because of his inability to walk and sleep during a time that he wasn't accustomed to sleeping at since he'd been with a nanny previously and prior to that, another center that allowed the kids to sleep whenever they were ready to. The rules were enforced for our son but not for Teri's own two kids who were in the program. In reality, KK was created with her kids in mind and not that of others. The crazy part is, we never received complaints from the teachers she hired (she even fired the nicest woman after only 2 weeks!) nor did we examine the behavior she said Kade engaged in ("constantly crying") over the video monitors. In addition, she sent the most unprofessional email stating that our son was "developmentally limited" (which he absolutely is not) because he couldn't walk and nap at a set time (seriously, he's a baby?!!) and essentially inferred that she had no desire to keep him in the program. How could a person speak so poorly of an innocent child??!! And when we did decide to remove him, she became completely irrational after we insisted on having the ability to access her camera on his last day to observe treatment of our son and demanded we immediately leave work to come pick him up! I strongly recommend not enrolling your children in this place!
