INSPIRE Physical Therapy and Wellness is a mobile concierge physical therapy and wellness practice headquartered in Westerly, Rhode Island.

We were founded around the belief that we can all "LIVE BETTER."

It is our MISSION is to INSPIRE clients to continue to engage in all of life's adventures through holistic physical therapy and wellness practices brought to them at home or in the community.

Our GOAL is to change how we look at our health. It is time to be proactive aboutour health and move away from our current system modeling reactive behavior.<br/><br/>We help adults stay active, remain in their home and maintain independence to avoid slowing down and to continue to live a fulfilling life.<br/><br/>&quot;Shannon fell and rolled her ankle during a hike with her friends and went to physical therapy because she was limping when walking and the swelling was not getting better. She goes to a traditional out-patient physical therapy clinic with her typical experience - ten minute wait, ten minutes with a hot pack for her ankle, 10 minutes riding a bike to warm up, 10 minutes of stretching by her physical therapist, a few exercises on her own, 10 minutes with ice pack. After three weeks and a total of seven sessions her insurance decides they are not going to pay for any more physical therapy visits because she has &quot;plateaued.&quot; So she is discharged and never gets over her fear of uneven terrain resulting in her giving up hiking for walking on the street.&quot;<br/><br/>It is stories like these which led to the creation of INSPIRE Physical Therapy. We are out-of-network because we believe insurance should NOT dictate when physical therapy is over. We are mobile because real life cannot be simulated in a clinic.
