HealthCare Talent is one of Southern California's largest third party providers of non-medical, in-home care workers for the elderly. We recruit, hire, and manage skilled home care workers for placement in the homes of our clients' patients.


HealthCare Talent is responsible for:

Recruiting: HealthCare Talent provides our clients with qualified, well-trained, and experienced in-home care workers (caregivers)

Compliance oversight: All caregiver files are compliant per Centersfor Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations Care plan review: On-going review of care plans with case management and social workers Superior customer service: Assess and respond to all client inquiries, fill all requests for service and build and maintain strong client relationships Quality: Improve home health care quality and patient safety through interaction with families and participants to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Training: On-going education to our caregivers on various subjects including, but not limited to: Infection Control, Alzheimer's/Dementia, Fall Prevention, In-home safety and Managing Caregiver Stress Cost savings: Strategically partner with our clients to mitigate costs related to home care services Emergency disaster planning Our caregivers come from diverse backgrounds.
