Greetings, My name is Dr. Deirdre J. B., DAOMc, LAc., CMT.

I have been in alternative/natural healthcare for 25 years. I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Nationally Board Certified and Licensed in Illinois with special certifications in Palliative/End of Life Care Acupuncture. I worked exclusively with End of Life and Palliative care patients for 15 years and offer these skills now as a Palliative Care Companion and Caregiver.

I am a certified Ministerial Servant who is fulfilling mycalling in part, by assisting Seniors, and those who need loving service through Palliative Care and caregiving. I provide nutritional counseling, light touch massage, acupuncture and other healing therapies while being a Spiritually loving companion and caregiver. I also offer coaching and physical/emotional and spiritual support to the caregivers in your life, who love and support you daily, but may need some time to replenish and renew their mind/body and spirit as well. I am also a former Chicago Police Officer (12 years) so your safety and security are also a priority to me. My 89 year old mother has had her security breached, so I take the safety and security of Seniors very personally. I will accompany you to your appointments, making sure you get there and back safely, while providing you with the trained eye of a Police Officer to assure your safety. So, there you have it.
