My Vision

As a children’s caregiver, my vision is to provide every child who comes to my in-home daycare the best experience possible and to maximize the time they spend in an outdoor environment, as well as create memories that will last alifetime. Children thrive in a natural environment. Studies show that they work and mature better mentally, <br/>physically and emotionally when exposed to nature, and I have to say from experience, that I have some of the happiest children in town. This is despite the fact that times have changed, and there are more and more varieties of technology out there, which presents an enormous challenge for parents. <br/> <br/>We can do so much for children in our Sacramento area, and in my in-home daycare preschool, we encourage outdoor learning experiences. We have a wonderful variety of seasons in this area, and many outdoor areas, such as parks, places to walk, water parks, rivers and lakes. This makes it possible to provide a big variety of outdoor experiences for our children, and we also have the responsibility to create healthy habits. At Happy Campers Preschool and Childcare we offer healthy whole foods daily, as well as regular exercise, optimal sleep routines and active play from the time the children are babies. <br/> <br/>We have the power to make critical positive changes in the lives of hundreds of children in our community, especially in those early years 0 through 5. So each time we care for a child, we strive to share with him or her the best of our knowledge. Also my Dream Vision for years has been to spend as much time as possible outdoors with the children in my care, whether it be in my backyard, front Yard or places that are filled with Mother Nature’s best, green areas where a child can ask questions about how flowers, food, insects and animals grow. Or enjoy and learn about the colors of our seasons, Children can find the answers with miniature “plots” of dirt and places for wild creatures. our accessible back and front yards provide a place of wonder where children can rest, use their imagination, pretend, push and pull their cars and wagons and simply be in touch with Mother Nature. Spending time like that outdoors and in nature teaches children to love our world and take good care of our environment, and most importantly to appreciate the simple joys in life. <br/> <br/> <br/> <br/>My Mission is for my Home Daycare to offer a High quality service, a place where parents can go to work, or go to school, and feel a great piece of mind each and every time they drop off their children. Our daycare service is open to any family in the greater Sacramento area, regardless of race, culture or religion. <br/> <br/>For 16 years, we have been welcoming families who reside in cities and communities throughout the Sacramento region, including Rancho Cordova, Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, El Dorado Hills, Shingle spring, Placerville and Folsom.
