G.C.C.S. offers a developmentally appropriate early childhood education for children 2 1/2 - 5 years old. Our preschool stresses one on one education to meet the individual child's needs. We accomplish this through a safe, nurturing environment with small class sizes. We offer a half day preschool experience 9 a.m.-12 noon M-F. Our staff holds degrees specializing in education, particularly for young children.
We also offer an after school recreation program with transportation for children enrolled in elementary school. M-F from close of elementary school-5:30 p.m. Arts & crafts, outdoor recreation, regular library trips offered in a faith-based program.
G.C.C.S. is regulated by the Virginia Department of Social Services and is faith-based. We are proud of our diversity and accept all children regardless of race, religion, country of origin or ability to pay. Liberal scholarships available.
