Hi! My name is Charlie Day! I started a in home daycare to be home with my son and also to provide a safe and affordable place for those who need their little ones cared for while they are at work. I love children and have had a wonderful time teaching children new things and having fun together. I am looking to add 3-4 children 6 weeks + full or part time.
I offer: a clean, safe, and caring environment, healthy meals/snacks, daily learning time (geared towards your child's specific age/needs), an awesome playroom filled with toys, books, puzzles, and games for playtime and learning/sensory experiences, a big swing set/playhouse, bikes, and sports equipment for lots of outdoor fun, limited (supervised) television time, and lots of quality time with each child.
I am CPR certified and am a certified nurse assistant with 8 years of medical pediatric experience. I have 12+ years experience with children of all ages. I've worked as a nanny, a babysitter, a private tutor and a medical assistant in a pediatric. I genuinely love children and have a 4-month-old of my own named Benning.
I have a private blog for the daycare and update it with photos and information a couple of times a week. I recently added a private instagram account (I post between 5--20 pics a day) as well. The parents I work with love both. I have only a small group of children at once, which means that your child will have plenty of one-on-one attention and care throughout the day.
